Job summary

Bally's in Chicago is seeking an Operations - Administration role with a focus on accurate money handling and guest service. You will count cash drops, reconcile funds, and support casino floor operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and IGB requirements.

The position requires a high school diploma, 21+ years old, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training on gaming regulations and software usage is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Above-average math skills to count money accurately and quickly.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to use a 10-key calculator and other office equipment.
• Able to work varied shifts including weeknights, weekends and holidays; must obtain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Foster Bally's customer-centric culture and guest relations.
• Collect and count revenue from drop sources and reconcile funds.
• Count, sort, and organize currency, coins, coupons, chips, and papers.
• Enter count information into software applications and transport boxes/carts to designated areas.
• Perform duties related to Illinois Gaming Board voluntary self-exclusion program and other assigned tasks.
