Qualifications

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Ability to balance cash and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work with all departments and maintain quality service.

Responsibilities

• Performs the casino floor drop process and count according to strict procedures to protect company assets.
• Interacts with patrons to secure drop areas before collecting bill validators.
• Conducts cash drops quickly, safely, and accurately to minimize delays for patrons and staff on the gaming floor.
• Removes and replaces cash boxes, counts currency, and secures cash under supervision according to internal control regulations.
• Ensures accuracy of counts and security of all funds.
• Maintains general knowledge of Little River Casino Resort operations, programs, promotions, events, and services.
• Completes training as assigned by the Resort and adheres to safety and Finance department rules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
