Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Finance/Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Apply and reconcile tenant payments in Yardi Elevate and related systems.
• Follow field check logs to ensure accurate cash posting.
• Code and scan checks for daily deposits.
• Coordinate with AR, Legal, Leasing, and Field personnel on payment history.
• Process security deposits, overpays, and construction deposits.
• Transfer payments between bank accounts as needed and journal cash items.
• Maximize auto-application of checks to open charges and maintain posting accuracy.
• Resolve unapplied cash per policy and assist in reconciliations.
