Job summary

Simon Property Group in Indianapolis is offering a Leasing internship designed to expose you to Tenant Analysis, Portfolio Review, and Lease Services. You will support leasing leads, canvass with local reps, prepare communications, and organize data for executive summaries.

You will research growing tenants, assist in meetings, update Salesforce, and contribute to special projects while building industry knowledge and professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Leasing by answering leads from Simon.Com and researching tenants.
• Assist Local Reps with canvassing and outreach.
• Prepare emails to Leasing Team requesting opportunities and next steps.
• Organize property data, spaces, and availability for packages.
• Support Portfolio Review Meetings and help coordinate participants.
• Research new tenants and synthesize findings for leadership review.
• Update Salesforce records and tenant information as required.
• Prepare statistics for Tenant Executive Summaries.
• Contribute to special projects and testing efforts as needed.
