Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Applications Specialist to join its accounting team in Delafield, WI. The role is a hybrid arrangement with onsite training and a strong temp-to-hire potential after the training period.

You will process lockbox and ACH payments, apply cash receipts to invoices, and reconcile deposits. Candidates should have experience in cash applications or general accounting and be proficient in Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or general accounting.
• Exposure to ACH payments, lockbox processing, or bank reconciliations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-volume transactions.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
• Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
