The successful candidate will coach team members, monitor metrics, and partner with functional leaders on transformational projects while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cash Applications Team and oversee training and procedures.
• Oversee timely cash applications processing and related controls.
• Foster a culture of quality with team-owned quality checks.
• Monitor productivity and customer satisfaction across the team.
• Coordinate training for new and existing staff based on needs.
• Partner with functional leaders on hiring and transformational initiatives.
