Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience in customer service, posting or collections.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AHCCCS, Medicare, and reimbursement rules.

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of two or more full-time employees.
• Counsels staff and handles employee complaints and grievances.
• Participates in interviewing, promotions, evaluations, and corrective action.
• Oversees cash postings, reimbursement analysis, adjustments, and customer service interactions.
• Monitors patient communications and maintains professional public image.
