Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a dedicated Cash Application Specialist based in Franklin, TN. The successful applicant will accurately apply client payments to invoices while collaborating with the Billing and Collections team, demanding strong attention to detail and communication skills.

The role includes utilizing Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or SAP, processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining financial integrity. Benefits include medical coverage, 401k with company match, and flexible spending accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of cash application experience.
• Understanding of standard AR procedures and best practices.
• Ability to manage large volumes of numerical data entry with precision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or SAP highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or SAP to process payments accurately.
• Review and input cash receipts efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze discrepancy payments.
• Respond to inquiries related to cash receipts promptly.
• Prepare and perform deposit reconciliations.
• Maintain and generate cash receipt reports.
• Follow up on identified issues and discrepancies.
• Assist management personnel with special projects.
