Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Cash Application to lead end-to-end cash application operations in Raleigh, NC.

You will supervise a team of specialists, ensure accurate payment posting, and drive process improvements in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and IS to optimize working capital. The role emphasizes strong controls, monthly close involvement, and executive-level reporting on KPIs and cash trends.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in Accounts Receivable or Cash Application, including payment reconciliation.
• Minimum 2 years managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of lockbox, ACH, wire and other electronic payment processes, internal controls, and core accounting principles.
• Experience using ERP systems and cash application automation technology, preferably HighRadius.
• Ability to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end cash application operations, ensuring accurate, timely payments and adherence to controls.
• Lead a team of cash application specialists, setting priorities and monitoring performance.
• Drive reduction of unapplied cash through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage month-end close activities, including reconciliations and related reporting.
• Maintain controls, procedures, and documentation for audits.
• Develop and retain talent while promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Deliver executive reporting and analytics on KPIs, cash trends, and team performance.
• Lead automation and standardization initiatives across cash application.
