Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Accountant to own daily cash activity, bank reconciliations, electronic payments, and treasury accounting within our established Tulsa-area manufacturing organization.

You will collaborate with Accounting, AP, AR, Purchasing, Sales, and banking partners to ensure accurate cash position reporting and robust financial controls, while supporting audits and process improvements in a busy, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably cash/accounting.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; strong financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash activity and bank balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries; support month-end close.
• Prepare short- and long-term cash forecasts and cash-flow planning.
• Coordinate with AR/AP; resolve cash-related discrepancies and questions.
• Maintain strong cash controls and support audits and process improvements.
