Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the program served, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in casework or counseling is preferred.
• Experience with persons with disabilities is valued.
• Valid NC driver's license required to drive state vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Teach work behaviors, productivity and safety in real work settings.
• Daily setup of the work setting, workflow and monitoring for safety and quality.
• Evaluating clients readiness for employment through observation and standards.
• Developing Individualized Training Plans (ITP) based on eligibility, observation and records.
• Providing curriculum and skills training at the WorkSource West Facility.
• Documenting services provided per rehabilitation plan.
• Supporting outreach to educate the community about NC EIPD services.
