Qualifications

• Two years' experience in casework or case management.

• Experience with public benefits access systems.
• Bilingual preferred; Arabic or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of case managers, interns, and volunteers.
• Provide direct casework counseling and maintain case notes.
• Coordinate logistics and field service inquiries.
• Track funder metrics and reporting requirements.
• Build relationships with community partners and represent CIANA.
• Foster a positive and inclusive office environment.
