Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/GED; Geology or Engineering preferred.
• Class C Hazmat CDL license required.
• Able to read and interpret safety manuals, operational instructions, and policies/procedures.
• Able to lead communication with peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced math skills for practical situations.
• Ability to interpret data and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-job load-outs, checks, and equipment readiness.
• Plan and prepare for well site operations.
• Operate and troubleshoot wireline equipment.
• Deliver perforation and setting services for completion activities.
• Coach and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Work on-call and dispatch to sites as needed.
• Submit reports and data accurately and on time.
