Horizontal Wireline Services is seeking a Cased Hole Field Engineer to lead field crews and ensure safe, efficient execution of cased hole operations. You will manage pre-job planning, equipment readiness, and on-site service delivery across multiple well sites.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining high service quality. Must be ready to work in demanding field environments and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School/GED; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Class C Hazmat CDL license required.
• Ability to read safety manuals and operational instructions.
• Strong communication with peers, subordinates and supervisors.
• Ability to work outdoors, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-job load-outs and equipment readiness.
• Plan and prepare for assigned well site operations.
• Operate perforation and setting services for completions.
• Lead safety adherence and coaching of team on site.
• Train and mentor field personnel; report on performance.
