Responsibilities

• Interview customers and collateral sources to verify and update case information.
• Communicate with NH BCSS and review cases.
• Manage case information and documentation; request missing information.
• Coordinate intergovernmental inquiries with other agencies.
• Assist with employment, income, health benefits verification.
• Prepare notices and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain electronic documents and workflows in case management system.
• Track inter-office case transfers for continuity.
