Job summary

The State of New Hampshire's Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Children, Youth and Families, seeks a Child Protective Service Worker I-IV in Laconia. Qualifications

• CPSW I: 2.5 years education/experience in related field.
• CPSW II: Associate's degree + 2 years experience (or 4 years education/experience).
• CPSW III: Bachelor's + 1.5 years (or 5.5 years education/experience).
• CPSW IV: Bachelor's + 3 years (or 7 years education/experience).

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with children and families to assess safety.
• Conduct interviews and determine safety plans for the child.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, schools, and medical personnel.
• Develop case records and Bridges documentation for case plans.
• Provide supervision and mentoring as CPSW levels advance.
