Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Englewood, Colorado is seeking practicum‑hour students aiming to become BCBAs. The Case Supervisor role offers structured supervision, hands‑on clinical experience, and a path toward Lead Case Supervisor within six months of testing.

You will supervise 1–3 client cases, accrue paid hours, and grow skills in ESDM, family guidance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This full‑time hourly position supports development toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in ABA or related field that meets BCBA coursework requirements.
• Actively accruing practicum hours toward BCBA certification.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with children and families.
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming, and clinical planning.
• Emerging skills in coaching and supporting RBTs.
• Desire to learn, grow, and receive feedback.
• Commitment to Soar’s mission and values.
• Interest in growing into a future BCBA role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for client cases as determined by center needs.
• Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming, supervision, and assessment.
• Update client goals and programming using Soar’s data platform.
• Provide support and supervision to RBTs with BCBA guidance.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans using established methods.
• Support family treatment guidance meetings using in-house curriculum.
• Assist with assessments and reassessments using standard tools.
