Responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance to families navigating behavioral health crises and related legal processes.
• Build trust, communicate with empathy and confidence, and stay calm in emotionally charged situations.
• Guide families through critical decision-making with a focus on informed, ethical outcomes.
• Apply a proven sales process to milestones and contribute to a high-trust, accountability-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional consultative sales skills with a track record of guiding families through difficult moments.
• Ability to establish trust and communicate compassion, while remaining composed under pressure.
• Strong alignment with values of professionalism, responsiveness, and empathy.
