Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Case Screening Technician to ensure case material is complete and scheduled per contract within the Case Processing Operation Center. You will review government agency documents, input information into systems, and coordinate with agencies to obtain missing data.

On-site in Boyers, PA with occasional flexibility; requires 1 year government contracting experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as workload dictates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of government contracting or administrative experience.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Basic computer/office literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar apps.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to follow procedures and manuals.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to on-site work as needed.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a government background check.

Responsibilities

• Review levels of case material from government agencies for subject background investigations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze material to ensure it meets case coverage requirements.
• Contact government agencies to obtain missing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Input case and subject information into multiple systems to schedule or process background investigations.
• Process and sort case materials; track documents and match receipts to cases.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards in screening and scheduling functions.
• Complete other assigned tasks to support department or contract needs.
