Qualifications

• Knowledge of the VA disability claims process (including complex claims).
• Experience leading teams and coaching staff.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Case Review Team, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage workload and workflow to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Ensure Case Review activities follow SOPs, policies, and VA requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and escalation for complex cases.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and capacity metrics; identify risks and improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members; support career growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality and operational performance.
• Provide leadership with quality insights and actionable recommendations.
