Veteran Benefits Guide is seeking a Case Review Manager, Quality to lead the Case Review Team and ensure high-quality VA disability claim reviews before submission. You will drive standards, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment in Las Vegas.

The role emphasizes leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to coach a high-performing team, with in-office base in Las Vegas and optional remote work based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the VA disability claims process, including complex claims.
• Able to analyze VA-related documents and guide on complex claims.
• Proven leadership experience with coaching and managing staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the Case Review Team to meet quality, productivity, and timeliness goals.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and priorities, ensuring SOPs and VA requirements are followed.
• Provide technical guidance and act as escalation point for complex cases.
• Analyze quality, productivity, and timeliness metrics to identify risks and improvements.
• Translate findings into coaching, training, and process improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; support career development.
• Collaborate with other leaders to address performance concerns and implement solutions.
• Communicate priorities and changes through regular team meetings.
