Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Three years of experience in criminal justice, corrections, or a related field.
• One year of supervisory experience or one year as a Case Processing Specialist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise case processing staff and ensure their work complies with regulations and best practices.
• Manage caseloads, set priorities, and approve leave requests.
• Maintain ICE case processing, docket management, data entry, and records management.
• Coordinate with ICE, DHS officials, and other stakeholders to support operations.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff; deliver performance evaluations.
• Lead team meetings and ensure clear communication with staff and clients.
