Job summary

Legacy Legal Recruiting LLC is seeking a Legal Case Manager who will be the central point of contact for clients, coordinate medical treatment, and support attorneys in building organized, successful cases. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping people, we want to hear from you.

This is a temporary role that will convert to a permanent role, with bilingual English and Spanish required and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims.
• Experience in pre-litigation processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of their case.
• Collaborate closely under a direct attorney to support case strategy and execution.
• Coordinate client medical treatment and track ongoing care.
• Gather, analyze, and organize medical records and billing.
• Assist in preparing demand packages and case documentation.
• Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date digital case files.
• Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates.
