Job summary

The Nisqually Indian Tribe is seeking a Case Manager to deliver high-quality case management within the Workforce Development program. You will develop ISPs, assess client needs, and monitor progress to help achieve economic self-sufficiency.

This role requires strong confidentiality, excellent written and verbal communication, and reliable attendance. Some evenings or weekends may be required; a valid WA driver’s license and background check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year case management experience preferred.
• Experience working in Native American community is valued.
• Valid Washington State driver's license required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Case Managers and Intake staff to ensure coverage and quality support.
• Develop and manage ISPs aligned with client goals and abilities.
• Assess clients and support progress toward self-sufficiency.
• Monitorprogress and document outcomes to meet program requirements.
• Hold monthly meetings with clients to track compliance and provide guidance.
• Maintain accurate case files and daily interactions in the database.
• Attend all scheduled case management and site staff meetings.
