Job summary

Nisqually Indian Tribe is seeking a Case Manager to support the Workforce Development (WFD) program. You will deliver high-quality case management, develop Individual Success Plans (ISPs), assess client needs, track progress, and guide clients toward economic self-sufficiency.

You will maintain confidentiality, ensure accurate records, and communicate effectively with clients and staff. Regular attendance is required, with occasional evenings or weekends to meet deadlines; a professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field; 1 year case management and employment services experience OR
• Associate degree in human services plus 3 years of experience OR
• High school diploma plus 5 years of experience in case management and employment services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Case Managers and Intake staff to ensure coverage and quality support.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage Individual Success Plans (ISPs).
• Conduct client assessments and implement case management best practices to support progress.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate client progress to meet program requirements.
• Hold monthly meetings to provide guidance and track compliance with WFD objectives.
