Job summary

Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation in Nespelem, WA, is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to assess client needs, develop and implement Individual Development Plans, and coordinate supportive services to help clients achieve self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an Associate’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Business Administration or closely related field and twelve months of professional level experience.
• Knowledge of Welfare Reform and Workforce development; employment, training and placement procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate client records and reports for regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop Individual Development Plans.
• Coordinate supportive services to assist clients with achieving self-sufficiency.
• Work with Tribal agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive support.
