Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 1 year case management experience.
Associate degree in human services with 3 years case management experience.
High school diploma with 5 years case management experience.
Valid Washington State driver's license and driving record requirements.
Pre-employment drug screen and comprehensive background check required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with other Case Managers and Intake staff to ensure coverage and quality service.
Develop, coordinate, and manage ISPs aligned with clients' goals.
Assess client needs and monitor progress toward self-sufficiency.
Document progress and maintain accurate case files in the database.
Attend scheduled meetings and ensure compliance with program requirements.
Provide high-quality customer service and effective conflict resolution.
Assist clients with WFD documentation and eligibility forms.
Perform additional duties to support program operations.
