Job summary

The Salvation Army Harbor Light Mission is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to facilitate didactic groups, manage treatment records, and serve clients in recovery services.

You will assist clinical staff, participate in policy reviews, and attend team meetings, while engaging in ongoing education to strengthen treatment skills. This role emphasizes client rapport, multi-problem support, and collaboration within a faith-based program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or an equivalent human services field is required
• Experience in case management preferred
• Ability to determine needs and to work with multi-problem individuals
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse populations preferred
• TB Test and police clearance required
• Authorization to work within The United States

Responsibilities

• Facilitate didactics/educational lectures and case management services
• Maintain case records in accordance with Harbor Light standards
• Serve as Case Manager to treatment clients
• Assist clinical staff with nonclinical tasks (e.g., packets, client support)
• Participate in review of clinical issues, activities and policies
• Attend clinical staff meetings and team conferences
• Engage in ongoing education to enhance treatment skills
