Job summary

The Salvation Army Harbor Light is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management services for its clients. You will facilitate didactic groups, maintain case records, and support clinical staff with various tasks while ensuring Harbor Light standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree in social work or related field, with prior case management and experience with mental health or substance use populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent required.
• Experience in case management preferred.
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts didactics/educational lectures.
• Maintain case records in Harbor Light standards.
• Serve as Case Manager to treatment clients.
• Assist clinical staff with nonclinical tasks.
• Participate in review of clinical issues, activities and policies.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and team conferences.
• Engage in educational courses to enhance treatment skills.
