Job summary

The Salvation Army Harbor Light Mission in Michigan seeks a Case Manager to facilitate didactic groups and provide case management services for treatment clients. You will maintain records per Harbor Light standards and support clinical staff with nonclinical tasks as needed.

Qualifications include a social work bachelor's degree, MCBAP credential or a development plan, and US work authorization. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills are essential; experience with mental health

Qualifications

• .Must possess MCBAP credential (CADC, CADC-M, CAADC) or have an approved Development Plan within 2 weeks of hire date
• Valid Michigan Chauffeur License and approved by The Salvation Army MVR
• TB Test and police clearance required
• Authorization to work within The United States

Responsibilities

• Facilitate didactic groups and case management services
• Conduct didactics/educational lectures
• Maintain case records in accordance with Harbor Light standards
• Serve as Case Manager to treatment clients
• Assist clinical staff with nonclinical tasks (e.g. make packets, assist clients with nonclinical issues)
• Participate in the review of clinical issues, activities and policies
• Attend clinical staff meetings and team conferences
• Participate in educational courses and in-service meetings to enhance treatment skills
