Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for clients’ location at all times and implements all Agency policies and procedures governing facility operations.
• Client supervision and key control.
• Head counts and monitoring of clients location and visitors log.
• Emergency and other program required procedures.
• Collects intake data, develops and documents program plan goals with clients, monitors in the areas of treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals.
• Assists in client orientation as assigned. Makes recommendations to the supervisor for corrective action and monitors on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinates discharges with referral agencies.
• Supervises client work assignments and checks for satisfactory completion.
• Adheres to program procedures and enforces rules, regulations and policies. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Aide to join our team at our new Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) located in our Barstow, CA MAP Program. MAP is an innovative program dedicated to engaging the community and providing rehabilitative programming for justice-involved individuals. We focus on promoting long-term, self-sustaining skills through vocational training and personal development services. This unique model hosts a variety of sub-contractors at one site to reduce barriers for clients. CSI understands clients and staff have been impacted by trauma. CSI is becoming a trauma-informed organization by hiring individuals with existing experience in trauma-informed practices as well as supporting ongoing staff development with trauma-informed practices. This will include learning to recognize symptoms of trauma and how to respond, through training starting at orientation and throughout their career at CSI. Qualifications
