Responsibilities

• Knowledge of current job descriptions for senior and junior case managers.
• Assist Social Service Director with time records and leave requests.
• Oversee a team of case managers; prepare service/treatment and discharge plans.
• Recruit, supervise, monitor, and evaluate social services staff.
• Coordinate with senior management on program reports and proposals.
• Establish schedules and assignments for social services staff.
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage.
