Qualifications
At least one-year experience in similar housing/homelessness case management.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Sensitivity to cultural differences in the service population.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake and assessments for new participants within 3 days.
Develop service plans focused on financial stability and re-housing.
Provide ongoing follow-up with clients on caseload.
Skills
Experience in housing/homelessness case management services
Excellent communication
