Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to manage caseloads in specialty areas, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. You will provide direct patient care, adjust nursing processes, and document care accurately per standards.

The role requires an RN license, BLS certification within 6 months, and a valid driver's license with insurance.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA) within 6 months unless exempted by leader
• Valid driver license with reliable vehicle and adequate insurance
• Typically 3 years of clinical nursing experience

• Manage caseloads in specialty areas and conduct initial assessments
• Establish care plans aligned with physician orders and patient needs
• Provide direct patient care and adjust nursing care as needed
• Document visit assessments and regulatory forms accurately and promptly
