Vibra Healthcare, LLC. in Fargo, ND seeks a Temp, Registered Nurse - Case Manager for a 13-week assignment. The role is available in both Full Time or Part Time with a day shift, Monday to Friday, at Vibra Hospital of Fargo, a 31-bed Critical Care facility.

You will coordinate complex patient care across the continuum, ensure quality outcomes, and support comprehensive discharge planning, with strong case management skills and regulatory understanding.

Qualifications

• Current, valid license to practice as a RN in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• One year of case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinically complex patient care across a continuum, ensuring quality clinical and cost outcomes.
• Negotiate, procure and coordinate services and resources needed by patients.
• Implement a comprehensive discharge plan with appropriate sequencing of treatment goals.
• Provide case management services to patients with rehabilitation needs.
