Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to provide direct casework services for residents, including managing caseloads and documenting progress to meet contract standards.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, developing treatment plans, tracking progress, and preparing discharge summaries while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to support residents’ rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science program from an accredited college or university.
• Experience working in human services, corrections, or community based services is preferred.
• Experience working with a corrections population is desired along with substance abuse treatment experience.
• Organized, and demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains, and updates case records for residents.
• Performs intake/assessment activities and documents patient history.
• Develops and monitors comprehensive treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Completes monthly progress reports and discharge summaries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
