Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Case Manager to join our Detroit team. You will be highly organized, handle a varied caseload, assist attorneys in settlements and document preparation, and maintain client-focused communication.

The ideal candidate is empathetic and team-oriented, with experience in legal or insurance settings. The role is on-site in Detroit, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k), paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a personal injury case management or legal/insurance setting preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with attorneys, clients, insurers and medical providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication with detail orientation.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; fast typing (≥35 wpm) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients by phone and in person to gather information.
• Assist attorneys by assembling documents and settlements.
• Coordinate with providers, carriers and medical facilities for records.
• Draft communications and prepare case materials for submission.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to closing under supervision.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support efficient case management.
• Support other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
