Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a detail‑oriented Case Manager to join our Houston team. You will support attorneys by developing settlements, preparing documents, and coordinating communications with clients, providers, and carriers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), strong writing and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced legal environment. This on-site role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team committed to consumer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2+ years in legal or insurance roles preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and database skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients by phone and in person to gather information.
• Order medical records and coordinate with providers and clients during treatment.
• Gather documents to support injury or liability positions.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to close under attorney guidance.
