Job summary
La Clinica de Familia seeks a Case Manager to join its Mobile Crisis Response Team in southern New Mexico. You will provide services to the team and help develop, evaluate, and coordinate treatment plans and recovery services to clients in need.
The role requires working Tuesday through Saturday from 4pm to midnight, carrying a caseload in a culturally diverse setting, and using Electronic Health Records. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a human service field with related experience is
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s in human services with two years of work experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
- Willing to work weekends/evenings/holiday hours.
- Valid NM driver’s license and current automobile insurance; maintain a clean driving record.
- Background check, TB screen and drug testing required.
Responsibilities
- Provide services to the Mobile Crisis Response Team.
- Assist in developing, evaluating and coordinating treatment plans and recovery services.
