Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is seeking a dedicated Case Manager – Intensive Foster Care to support foster children and families in Indiana. You will perform intake, assessments, and develop plans to guide treatment and family support, collaborating with the team to arrange needed services.

You will act as the primary liaison with DCS FCM, participate in CFTMs, and partner with foster parents to arrange trainings, respite options, and activities while assisting with behavior management and

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college.
• If BSW, then LBSW is needed.
• Five years of supervised, paid casework experience; two years in an approved child placing agency.
• One year of graduate training in social work, including supervised case work, may substitute for five years of experience.

Salary: $43,500 - $48,500

The Case Manager – Intensive Foster Care will:

• Handle intake and implement needed assessments to develop the Treatment Plan and the Family Support Plan

• Be the main contact with the DCS FCM and attend CFTM meetings as needed.
• Work closely with the foster parents to provide support, coordinate trainings and support groups, assist with finding respite and extra-curricular activities for the children, assist with behavior management, and provide skill building assistance for the foster parents and children

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s from an accredited four-year college.
• If BSW, then LBSW is needed.
• Five (5) years of supervised, paid casework experience. Two (2) years of which should have been in an approved child placing agency.
• One (1) year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work, including supervised case work in the field, may be substituted for the required five (5) years of supervised, paid case work experience Case work and LCPA experience.
