Aurora Charter Oak Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Case Manager to support patients and families with comprehensive case management, therapy services, and discharge planning.

You will join a dedicated interdisciplinary team focused on healing, growth, and long-term wellness within our Covina, CA facility. Required BLS, relevant licenses, and a background in behavioral health ensure quality care is delivered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or social services.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3 years behavioral health experience preferred.
• Associate license such as ASW/AMFT/APCC preferred.
• Current BLS healthcare provider card required upon hire.
• Therapeutic Options training to be obtained prior to providing direct patient care without a preceptor.

Pay range: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Social Services
• Master's Degree preferred
• 3 years behavioral health experience preferred
• Associate license such as ASW (Associate Clinical Social Worker), AMFT (Associate Marriage & Family Therapist), APCC (Associate Professional Clinical Counselor) preferred
• Current BLS healthcare provider card required upon hire
