Charter Oak Hospital in Covina, CA is seeking an Adolescent Outpatient Therapist for its IOP/PHP department. The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapies, and contributing to individualized treatment plans and aftercare arrangements.

This full-time, 8-hour shift position requires BBS registration or license and a relevant master's degree, plus current BLS certification. The hospital emphasizes patient-centered care and supports clinicians with supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field required.
• BBS Registration (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, AMFT, ASW, or APCC) required.
• Current BLS for healthcare provider card upon hire.
• Therapeutic Options training to be obtained prior to providing direct patient care without a preceptor
• If you currently have an Associate license such as ASW, APCC We offer clinical supervision for BBS hour accrual towards licensure

BBS Registration $30.00-$36.00

BBS License $36.00-$43.00
