Aurora Charter Oak Hospital in Covina, CA is seeking a Case Manager for the Inpatient Department on full-time AM shifts.

This role involves providing quality case management, psychotherapeutic services, and discharge planning as part of an interdisciplinary team. The hospital has delivered behavioral health treatment for over 83 years, serving the community from its landscaped Covina campus.

Pay range is $23.00–$29.00 per hour with 8-hour shifts and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Social Services.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 years behavioral health experience preferred.
• ASW/AMFT/APCC license preferred.
• Current BLS healthcare provider card required.
• Therapeutic Options training to be obtained prior to direct patient care.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Social Services
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 3 years behavioral health experience preferred
• Associate license such as ASW (Associate Clinical Social Worker), AMFT (Associate Marriage & Family Therapist), APCC (Associate Professional Clinical Counselor) preferred
• Current BLS healthcare provider card required upon hire
• Therapeutic Options™ training to be obtained prior to providing direct patient care without a preceptor
