This permanent role requires building relationships and ensuring high-quality services. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Social Work and has 1–3 years of human services experience, plus a reliable vehicle for regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• 1–3 years experience in human services including intakes, assessments, and in-home services.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel across the Philadelphia Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes with families/individuals to explain services.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to unlicensed direct care staff.
• Assign DSPs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Attend client meetings quarterly or as needed.
• Review staff notes for timely completion and accuracy.
• Create and maintain clinically appropriate goals.
