Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking a Clinical Support Supervisor to staff, supervise, and develop training related to behavioral support services in Pennsylvania.

The role includes reviewing required documents, attending meetings, and providing supervision to behavioral specialists and direct support professionals. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree and have 2–3 years of training experience, plus 1 year in mental health and IDD support environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 2–3 years in a training role or group presentation.
• 2 years business experience.
• 1 year in an org supporting adults with IDD or autism.
• 1 year in a mental health field preferred.
• Experience in administration preferred.
• Experience as a Behavior Specialist preferred.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Self-motivated, independent with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates by qualifications and fit.
• Review monthly/quarterly notes and update records.
• Set up and maintain clinical goals.
• Build trust through collaboration with families and individuals.
• Model professional ethics and practices.
• Assist in FBA BSP and CIP development through supervision/training.
• Train contractors and Direct Support Professionals on BSP implementation.
• Provide regional coverage for Behavioral Support Services.
• Follow KFS processes and procedures.
