Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Coordinator in Carnegie, PA. You will support individuals with disabilities by providing clinical management and oversight of the professionals who work with them, while coordinating with families and caseload dynamics.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, or related field and 1–3 years of human services experience. Travel to visit, perform quality checks, and provide services is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years experience in human services including intakes, assessments, and in-home services.
• Must have consistent access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel throughout the area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes with families and/or individuals to explain Kaleidoscope Family Solutions services.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to unlicensed direct care staff.
• Assign Direct Support Professionals to ensure high-quality services.
• Attend client meetings and review staff notes for accuracy.
• Create and maintain clinically appropriate goals for clients.
• Coordinate transitions when individuals enter the program.
• Build positive relationships with families, individuals, and colleagues through clear communication.
• Demonstrate professional ethics and mentor others in best practices.
• Supervise unlicensed staff.
