The Salvation Army Veteran Services in Las Vegas seeks a Case Manager II for the Supportive Services for Veterans Families (SSVF) program. You will coordinate comprehensive services for veterans and their families, starting with intakes, assessments, and service plans.
You will manage a caseload of 15–30 participants, collaborate with VA staff and community partners, assist with housing placement, provide crisis counseling, and maintain HMIS/SQUARES documentation with strict confidentiality.

The Case Manager II for the Supportive Services for Veterans Families (SSVF) reports directly to the SSVF Coordinator and is responsible for the coordination and comprehensive services delivered to veterans and their families by The Salvation Army Veteran Services.
