This is a relationship-centered role for someone who believes young people can grow, change, and build positive futures when they have the right support around them. You’ll work alongside youth, families, DYS staff, and community partners to develop individualized plans, connect youth with resources, and help them navigate the challenges that come with returning to the community.
Your work will extend beyond an office—you’ll meet with youth in their homes, schools, and communities, building trust and providing consistent support where it matters most
At Seven Hills Foundation, you’ll be part of a mission-driven organization committed to supporting individuals, families, and communities across the Northeast. We value respect and kindness, integrity, teamwork, innovation, and service to others.
As a Youth Service Coordinator, you have the opportunity to be the person who helps a young person see that their past does not have to define their future.
Through consistent support, advocacy, and genuine relationships, you can help youth reconnect with their communities, discover new opportunities, and build the skills and confidence needed for what comes next.
