Job summary

The Salvation Army seeks a dedicated caseworker to conduct interviews, assess needs, and develop service plans to support clients in securing eligible benefits and housing resources. You will document case notes in HMIS, coordinate with community resources, and provide advocacy.

Requirements include a bachelor's in social work or related field and at least two years of casework experience; SOAR experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in a social work related field preferred.
  • Two years case work experience in a social service agency, or fieldwork; SOAR experience/training preferred.
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities.

Compensation: $14.66-$18.33/hour, based on experience.
