Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare/insurance industry valued.
• Ability to handle personal health information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
• Process Patient Assistance enrollment applications according to guidelines.
• Review missing or incorrect information in service requests.
